We may collect the following personal data:

Information you provide directly: your name, email address, telephone number, the content of your message, and your area of interest when you submit our contact form. Information collected automatically: your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of access, and referring website. This data is collected through cookies and server logs. Information from third parties: if you are referred to us by a healthcare provider or partner, we may receive your name and contact details from them with your knowledge.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes and legal bases:

To respond to enquiries (legal basis: consent, which you give by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form). To facilitate healthcare services (legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering a contract). To share your details with healthcare providers where you have asked us to connect you with a provider (legal basis: consent). To improve our website (legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how visitors use the site). To send you relevant information about our services, but only where you have given explicit consent (legal basis: consent).

4. Sharing your data

We may share your personal data with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals and other organisations in our network where this is necessary to fulfil your enquiry or facilitate a service you have requested. We will always tell you before sharing your data and obtain your consent. We may also share data with our service providers (e.g. hosting provider, email service) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. International transfers

Where we connect you with healthcare providers outside the UK, your personal data may be transferred to countries that do not have the same data protection laws as the UK. In such cases, we will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the Information Commissioner's Office, or we will obtain your explicit consent before making the transfer.

6. How long we keep your data

Contact form enquiries are retained for 24 months from the date of submission unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If you become a client, we retain your data for the duration of the client relationship and for 6 years afterwards to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Website analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 26 months.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you. Rectification of inaccurate data. Erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten") where there is no compelling reason to continue processing. Restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances. Data portability, meaning you can request your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. We will respond within one month.
